The best way to put on a stretch bracelet is to "Roll" it on. Put your fingers through the opening and simply roll it up your arm with the other hand. No need to stretch it out or pull it wider to get over your wrist. Just roll them Gemstones!

LDE Affinity Jewelry warranties the products it sells to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During this time we will repair or replace your purchase at no charge. Simply return the item to us, at your cost, with an explanation of what happened and we will adjust or repair and send it back to you at our cost.
Our warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse or unintended use of the item.
Adjustment or Repair
Please let us know if you need something resized to fit you better. Note, size adjustments to stretch bracelets could effect the Gemstone pattern of the bracelet. Should your item need repair not covered by warranty, you may return it to us for inspection and evaluation. Our normal repair charge is $35 plus the cost of materials. We reserve the right to add extra charges and/or offer substitute materials subject to the work needed and the availability of materials. We will quote you the full price of the repair before starting any work. Work will only be started once you accept and pay the quoted cost of the repair. Once work is started, repairs are usually completed and shipped back within one week, subject to the availability of materials and or CV-19 shipping delays.
COVID-19 SHIPPING ISSUES

**NOTICE: Please be aware that there are major shipping delays worldwide due to COVID-19. The postal services have a record amount of parcels, and are working with reduced postal workers, as well as taking many additional precautions to slow the spread of COVID-19.
For this reason, it is possible to see shipping delays of 1-2 weeks or more on your parcel. Even though we have not had such delays with US shipping, we cannot give any shipping time guarantees on any parcels at this time, including rush orders. Your patience is greatly appreciated during these difficult times.
International shipping is an extreme drama right now. If you are international and would like to purchase an item, it could take months to arrive. Please contact us for a shipping price quote with tracking. We will only send international with tracking during this time, (FedEx, DHL..ect) so expect the shipping price to be higher than our usual charges. We are very sorry for the incontinence.
